In collaboration with HRTB this project is a development of their former competition proposal. The layout of the area was decided in earlier stages of the project, but Trude brought in a modified design of the buildings and its apartments. 

Facing towards west, the 5 residential buildings are stepping along this direction, creating a rhythm of volumes. A light, warm grey colour is used throughout on the bigger building volumes, though with variations of colour and detailing on the ground floor woodwork. The project consists of 5 buildings with a total of 143 apartments of various types and sizes.
