After more than 20 years of experience with architectural practices in Oslo, I established Trude Norddal Arkitektur AS in Norway in 2019. In 2023, I moved to Italy after many years of dividing my time between Oslo and Liguria.
Today my work spans both Norway and Italy. I specialise in residential architecture, from large-scale housing developments to the renovation and transformation of existing homes. Whatever the scale, I enjoy bringing clarity to complexity, balancing design, functionality, commercial viability and technical feasibility.
Projects in Norway are undertaken through Trude Norddal Arkitektur AS, while projects in Italy are undertaken through my Italian professional practice (Partita IVA).
Trude Norddal Arkitektur AS works primarily on larger residential developments in Norway, often in collaboration with other architectural practices. The company holds Central Approval (Sentral godkjenning) for architectural design up to Measure Class 3 and is a member of Arkitektbedriftene.
My Italian professional practice focuses primarily on the renovation and transformation of homes in Piemonte and Liguria. The practice (partita IVA) is registered with the Ordine degli Architetti, Pianificatori, Paesaggisti e Conservatori della Provincia di Savona (Italian Register of Architects).
